How can I know which products can be sent as gifts?
Gift product have a 'Send Gift' button next to the 'Buy Now', or you can notice the gift box icon on the left corner of the product image on the storefront and collection pages. -
Why can't I select multiple products to send as gifts at once?
Currently, we don't support multiple products per gift order. Please keep an eye on LINE SHOPPING when this feature becomes available! -
Can I send gifts to people who are not on my LINE Friends list?
Unfortunately, 'Send Gift' is currently only available to your LINE friends due to our concern over the security of your personal information and your overall experience. -
Can I send gifts to multiple friends at once?
Currently, we don't support sending gifts to multiple recipients at once.Please keep an eye on LINE SHOPPING when this feature becomes available! -
What should I do if the recipient does not receive the gift but the delivery status is successful?
In this unexpected situation, we kindly recommend that you follow the steps below.
1. If the store does not provide a tracking number, you can contact the seller directly about the status of the delivery.
2. If the store provides a tracking number but no progress on the shipment, you can contact the shipping carrier to check the delivery status again.

What should I do if the recipient does not add or confirm the shipping address?
We kindly recommend 2 options below.
1. Try contacting your friend by phone or other social media channels, then send this link (https://shop.line.me/my/gift) to add a shipping address.
2. If you want to cancel and request a refund, please contact the seller directly. For more details about our refund policy, click here.

What should I do if I want to wrap my gift?
We're looking at the most suitable way to provide gift wrapping service. However, you can find some sellers who provide the service in the meantime. The option to have your gift wrapped is either listed in the product's description or in the shipping options, if they are available.
Note: This is an added service; the store may charge for the gift-wrapping. -
Why does the seller contact me to pay additional shipping fee?
In case the delivery address added by the gift recipient needs an additional shipping fee, the seller will contact you.
You may also request that the seller ship to another address or cancel the order. -
Which payment methods can I use to buy products for 'Send Gift'?
Currently, only credit/debit/Rabbit LINE Pay and bank transfers are supported. However, we plan to add more payment options in the future. So stay tuned! -
Can my friend see the gift price?
The price of the gift is hidden from the gift recipient, and you can also add 'Note to Seller' when placing the gift order to inform the seller not to attach the receipt in the parcel box. -
What should I do if I want a receipt for my gift order?
You may contact the seller directly and request a receipt to be sent to you, but there may be an additional charge. -
Can I hide the product information so my friend will not know what the gift is?
For the safety reason, we must clearly label the contents of the gift.

How do I add my shipping address?
You can add a shipping address in several ways.
1. Click 'Open Gift' on the message from your friend and add a new address or choose from previously added addresses.
2. Go to My Gift and add the shipping address to pending gift orders.
3. If your friend has added the shipping address, you can confirm that address or change the shipping address by clicking the button 'Change address'.
4. You can add 'Delivery note' in the add/confirm shipping address step. The seller will send details here to the shipping carrier.
Note: The address you add will not be shown to the friend who sent the gift. Only the seller can see shipping information. -
Will my friend see my shipping address and phone number?
No, the friend who sent the gift will not see the shipping address and contact information you add. Only the seller can see this information, which is used for delivery purposes or to contact you if there are any problems with the order. -
How do I know the gift was shipped? How can I check the delivery status?
If you have added the shop's LINE Official Account as a friend, we will send you a message to let you know when the item ships.
Alternatively, you can also visit My Gift to check the shipping status of your gift order.
In the event that the seller does not provide the tracking number, you can contact the seller for shipping details directly via the shop's LINE Official Account. -
What should I do if I don't want to receive the gift?
We currently don't have 'Reject Gift' options. However, you can leave the gift details page by pressing Close (x) without taking any action.
There is a possibility that you may still receive a gift if the delivery address is added in case the store contacts your friend. -
What should I do if I want to exchange the product for another item because it is damaged?
If the delivered product is broken upon arrival, you can request an exchange based on the seller's return and refund policy, but we do not allow exchange for money. -
After confirming the shipping address, how can I change my shipping address?
You can change your address by contacting the shop directly through the LINE Official account chat.

How do I view the wishing cards attached to the gift?
You can open a card from a message sent to your chat or go to My Gift to view the card attached to the gift. -
If I am not in Thailand, can my gift ship to an overseas address?
In most cases, the seller does not ship outside of Thailand, but you can contact the seller to inquire directly. However, additional charges may apply.
