แสดง QR Code หรือ Redeem Code ที่ได้รับ เพื่อใช้แทนเงินสดสำหรับการจองบริการกับ Wella Spa โดยบัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ซ้ำได้

• สำรองการเข้ารับบริการล่วงหน้าได้ที่ Line Official Account @wellaspa

• สามารถเข้าใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 09:00 - 20:00 น.

• พื้นที่ให้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

• แสดง QR Code เพื่อยืนยันรายการสั่งซื้อให้กับทาง Wella Spa เพื่อเข้าใช้บริการ หากไม่สามารถแสดง QR Code ได้ ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าเข้าใช้บริการตามจริง

• ราคานี้เป็นราคาสุทธิของบัตรกำนัล รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว

• บัตรกำนัลนี้เมื่อสั่งซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้

• Wella Spa is open daily from 09.00 am – 8.00 pm.

• Serviced in Bangkok Metropolitan area

• Show QR Code to confirm your purchase with Wella Spa to access the service. If you cannot show the QR Code, the company reserves the right to charge the actual service fee.

• The price is the net price of the voucher, inclusive of VAT and service charge.

• The voucher is non-refundable once purchased.
