Terms and conditions

• E-voucher is valid for Diamond Facial (60-minute) and Eye Treatment (30-minute) for one person at Waldorf Astoria Spa
• Validity: 15 September – 30 November 2025
• Valid only on Mondays through Fridays only
• Please inform us in advance on LINE Chat if you would like to transfer the e-voucher to another person
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability on the date of booking
• E-voucher is not redeemable on certain holidays, promotional days, identified special event dates, and redemption availability is subject to the discretion of the hotel
• E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or discounts
• E-voucher can be used as part or full payment, however no change will be given. It cannot be exchanged for cash
• The hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of e-voucher. It is not replaceable if lost or expired.

วิธีการใช้ E-Voucher

• เมื่อสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ ระบบจะส่ง E-voucher อัตโนมัติผ่านช่องทาง LINE Chat (1 คูปองต่อ 1 QR Code)
• แสดง QR Code ที่ห้องอาหารหรือสปาเพื่อเข้ารับบริการ (QR Code สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง ไม่สามารถใช้ซ้ำได้)

• สามารถใช้ได้ระหว่างวันที่ 15 กันยายน – 30 พฤศจิกายน 2568
• สามารถใช้ได้ในวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์
• กรณีส่งต่อบัตรกำนัลให้บุคคลอื่น กรุณาแจ้งชื่อผู้รับบริการผ่านช่องทาง LINE Chat ล่วงหน้า
• กรุณาสำรองรอบเวลาล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้การยืนยันรอบเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนที่ว่างที่สามารถรองรับได้ในวันที่ทำการจอง
