วิธีการใช้ E-Voucher

1. เมื่อสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ ระบบจะส่ง E-voucher อัตโนมัติผ่านช่องทาง LINE Chat (1 คูปองต่อ 1 QR Code)
2. แสดง QR Code ที่ห้องอาหารเพื่อเข้ารับบริการ (QR Code สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง ไม่สามารถใช้ซ้ำได้)

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• บัตรรับประทานมื้อสายวันเสาร์แบบกึ่งบุฟเฟ่ต์ ณ ห้องอาหาร เดอะ บราซเซอรี่ สำหรับ 2 ท่าน (ไม่รวมเครื่องดื่ม)
• ใช้ได้วันที่ระบุในเวาเชอร์เท่านั้น ตั้งแต่เวลา 12:00 – 15:00 น. เท่านั้น
• กรณีส่งต่อบัตรรับประทานให้บุคคลอื่น กรุณาแจ้งชื่อผู้รับบริการผ่านช่องทาง LINE Chat ล่วงหน้า
• กรุณาสำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้การยืนยันที่นั่งขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนที่นั่งของห้องอาหารที่สามารถรองรับได้ในวันที่ทำการจอง
• บัตรรับประทานอาหารไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในวันหยุดเทศกาล วันที่จัดงานหรือมีโปรโมชั่นอาหารพิเศษ หรือวันที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษตามที่โรงแรมฯระบุ โดยการแลกรับสิทธิ์ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของทางโรงแรมฯ
• บัตรรับประทานอาหารไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น และ / หรือส่วนลดอื่น ๆ ได้
• บัตรรับประทานอาหารสามารถใช้ชำระแทนเงินสดส่วนหนึ่ง หรือเต็มจำนวน หากแต่ไม่สามารถทอนเงินสด หรือเก็บเครดิตได้ และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
• โรงแรมฯไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือการขโมยบัตรรับประทานอาหาร และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนทดแทนได้หากสูญหาย / ถูกขโมย / หมดอายุ

Terms and conditions

• Gift Certificate is valid for The Brasserie Saturday Brunch Semi-Buffet for Two from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Valid only on specific date of the voucher
• Please inform us on LINE Chat if you would like to transfer the e-voucher to another person
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability on the date of booking
• E-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or discounts
• E-voucher is not redeemable on certain holidays, promotional days, identified special event dates, and redemption availability is subject to the discretion of the hotel
• E-voucher can be used as part or full payment, however no change will be given. It cannot be exchanged for cash
• The hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of e-voucher. It is not replaceable if lost or expired.
