Urasenke Hounsai Sosho's favorite matcha. Matcha can be prepared in two ways: "usucha" (thin tea) and "koicha" (thick tea), each bringing out different charms of matcha. "Sho-no-Mukashi" is recommended for both usucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea).
