• โลตัส สปา ให้บริการ ทุกวัน เวลา 10.00-21.00น. / Lotus Spa open every day at 10.00-21.00hrs.
• สามารถใช้เวาเชอร์ภายใน 90 วันหลังจากที่ซื้อเวาเชอร์ / This voucher is valid for 90 days from the date you purchase it.
• กรุณาสำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน โทร. 022470123 ต่อ 1606-7 / 2 days advance booking is required. Please call 022470123 ext. 1606-7.
• กรุณาแสดง QR code ก่อนใช้บริการ ณ โลตัส สปา หากท่านไม่สามารถแสดง QR code ได้ ทางโรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการตามจริง / QR Code must be presented before using the service at Lotus Spa. If you are unable to present the QR Code, normal price of the product will be charged.
• ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ / Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปอง ส่วนลด หรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆได้ / Cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts or promotions.
• ไม่สามารถยืดหรือต่ออายุได้ในทุกกรณี / The e-voucher validity cannot be changed or extended in any cases.
• โรงแรมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า / Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

วิธีการใช้เวาเชอร์ / How to use e-voucher :

• แสดง QR code กับเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อใช้สิทธิ์ / Please present QR Code with hotel staff when redeem.
• เวาเชอร์นี้สามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ซ้ำได้ / This voucher can be used one time only.

ขั้นตอนการซื้อ / How to buy:
