Ticket purchasers who are attending the HERO Awards are requested to present their ID card/passport before entry.

Your name(s) will be shown at the ticket system.

- This ticket/registration is proof of purchase of the above event and your name(s) will be shown at the ticket system.

- This ticket/registration is non-transferable to cash.

- Tickets/registration are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

- Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser or Please choose carefully as there are no refunds.

- Name change / transfer are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser within 20 November 2023.

- The Event Organiser and the Host (The German Embassy) reserve the right to refuse entry.

- This ticket has been created and managed using the LINE SHOP and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of LINE SHOP

- As the Event Organiser hosting this event, APCOM is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets/registration. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact APCOM: events@apcom.org

- Ticket/registration cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

- Any persons who are noisy, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.

- The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.

- If the event is cancelled / postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all patrons /ticket holders will be automatically registered for the rescheduled event.
