Back in 1980, Shawn Stussy and Frank Sinatra Jr. weren't aware they were creating an industry. Their aim was simple: sell some awesome surfboards and maybe a few t-shirts. After acquiring a cult following for their gear, Stussy shifted focus to creating apparel with its graphic and alt-culture influences.
