เงื่อนไขการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์

1. ใช้แทนเงินสดเพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าของ SIRAVANA ได้ที่หน้าร้านและช่องทางออนไลน์ทุกช่องทาง
2. สามารถใช้กับสินค้าได้ทุกรายการ
3. ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
4. สามารถใช้ได้หลายครั้งจนครบจำนวนมูลค่าตามหน้าบัตร
5. บัตรไม่มีวันหมดอายุ

วิธีใช้

1. เมื่อชำระค่าบัตรเรียบร้อยแล้วโปรดแจ้งแอดมิน เพื่อรับรหัสบัตร
2. ก่อนใช้งานโปรดแจ้งรหัสบัตรทุกครั้ง
3. สามารถตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือได้ที่ท้ายใบเสร็จการชำระค่าสินค้า หรือสามารถสอบถามได้ที่แอดมิน

Terms of use

1. Can be used at the storefront and all online channels.
2. Can be used with all products.
3. Cannot be exchanged into cash.
4. Can be used multiple times until the card value is reached.
5. The card has no expiration date.

How to use

1. After the card payment is complete, please notify our customer service to receive the card code.
2. Before use, please inform our customer service the card code.
3. The remaining balance will be shown in the payment receipt. Or you can check with our customer service.
