Introducing Oriental Croissants

With a special blend of different Japanese flours, different butters, charcoal immersed water, yeast, and qraft.’s very own technique, we’ve developed an oriental-style croissant recipe that has a very precise thinness and number of layers. The result is qraft. croissant that is part crispy, part flaky on the outside and part soft, part chewy on the inside. This is also the richest most fragrant croissant out there.

To take it even further, we’ve created 7 oriental flavors : honey, yuzu, miso caramel, koicha cream, dark choco, jujube, and oriental pecan. We’ve found that the best way to add flavors to croissants is not to put other ingredients on the outside. Instead, we make these amazing fillings and fill it throughout the inside. So no matter where you bite, it’s perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and you also get this delicious and perfectly-textured sauce that just lifts the whole experience up to a completely different level.

It took us so much and so long during our most difficult period to fail enough times to reach the point where it’s as close to our definition of balance & perfection as possible. So to us, this is the croissants to be truly loved.
