“Bangkok in December, a moment to remember.”

กรุงเทพฯในช่วงเดือนธันวาคม ก็เป็นอีกบรรยากาศหนึ่งที่น่าจดจำ

น้ำหอมกลิ่นนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากประสบการณ์ของผมในช่วงเดือนธันวาคม ที่โดยสารรถเมล์ครีมแดงคันเก่า พร้อมผู้คนมากมายที่เพิ่งเลิกงานกำลังเดินทางกลับที่พักในตอนค่ำ ๆ ผ่านข้างทางที่มีต้นตีนเป็ดออกดอกเต็มต้นส่งกลิ่นฟุ้ง บ่งบอกถึงหน้าหนาวที่กำลังมาเยือน แม้อุณหภูมิจะไม่ต่ำมากนัก แต่ก็ลดลงจากปกติ บวกกับช่วงใกล้วันหยุดยาว พอที่จะทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายจากความเหนื่อยล้าได้บ้าง

ตัวกลิ่นน้ำหอมจะเริ่มด้วยกลิ่นที่ทำให้รู้สึกถึงหน้าหนาวอย่างเมนทอลและยูคาลิปตัส กลิ่นดอกตีนเป็ดข้างทางที่มาจากการผสม aroma chemicals เลียนแบบอัตราส่วนในธรรมชาติ ผสานกับกลิ่นดอกไม้ และกลิ่นร้านขายขนมข้างทางเพื่อเพิ่มความหอมหวานขึ้นมาเล็กน้อย ตามด้วยกลิ่นโทนหนังและไม้ ที่สื่อถึงเบาะนั่งและพื้นรถเมล์ครีมแดงคันเก่า ส่วนกลิ่นของผู้คนที่โดยสารรถเมล์ จะใช้กลิ่นโทนมัสก์ ผสมกับโอ๊คมอสและกลิ่นควันเล็กน้อยเพื่อแทนกลิ่นผิวกายของคนที่เหน็ดเหนื่อยจากการทำงานและบรรยากาศรถติดระหว่างการเดินทาง

“Bangkok in December, a moment to remember.”

This fragrance is inspired by my experience on December evenings in Bangkok City, Thailand. The old classic cream-red bus was crowded with people who had just finished their work and tried to get back to their sweet homes. The Alstonia flowers were in full bloom on two sides of the road, lending an aromatic air indicating that winter is coming along with the year-end holiday season, making me feel significant relief from all the fatigue the entire year.

The fragrance notes start with a winter-like scent of menthol and eucalyptus, followed by a blending of floral notes and aroma chemicals mimicking the natural ratio that gives the Alstonia smell. Next, the pandan-leaf and vanilla notes represent a Thai dessert on a street food stall that adds a little more sweetness, while the leather and woody scent conveys the seat and floor of an old classic cream-red bus. Lastly, the musk tone smell mixed with oakmoss and a little bit of smoky aroma gives the scent of people's skin on a bus who were tired from their work and the atmosphere during that communication.
