It’s famous, it’s hearty, it’s utterly Italian. We don’t want anyone to miss out on Bolognese sauce. So our vegan Bolognese stays largely

true to tradition – with a base of soffritto (sautéed onions, garlic and carrots) and finely chopped fresh Italian tomatoes. Then we boldly

veer off-piste, using the magic of pea protein to create a sauce that’s bursting with flavor and the same satisfying texture as you’d

expect from Bologna’s original.

Tomatoes (58%) (tomato pulp, tomato puree), water, pea protein (5%), soffritto (12%) (onion (4.8%), sunflower seed oil, carrots, garlic),

corn flour, salt, natural flavoring, rosemary (0.07%), black pepper, ground bay leaf (0.04%), dried sage.
