Chavin Zero - Syrah Red

Beautiful red color with purplish highlights. Aromas of black fruit, nutmeg and licorice, with spicy notes.

Production process

The vinification and the production process are then carried out traditionally. A de-alcoholisation stage (Spinning Cone) takes place to give Chavin Zéro its full meaning. The non-alcoholic wine is finally bottled, elegantly packaged and then, very simply, served.

Chavin Zero - Chadonnay White

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with sparkling reflections. Mineral and brioche aromas with notes of tart fruit, citrus and apple. Pure on the palate, with finesse and freshness.

Production process
