วิธีรับประทานไส้กรอกสด

Reheating Methods:

• Grilling : This is the best way! No oil needed. Use low to medium heat and grill for about 15 minutes. Then increase the heat and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
• Air fryer: Set to 180°C and cook for 10-15 minutes.
• Oven: Preheat to 180°C and bake for 10-15 minutes.

We don’t recommend microwaving sausages except for thawing. Also, avoid boiling fresh sausages in water. If you want to quick-cook, place them in hot water off the heat for 3-5 minutes, then grill until fully cooked.

Tips for the Best Taste:

• For German sausages, grill on medium heat until cooked through, then increase the heat at the end to slightly char the skin, enhancing the spices' flavor. Fresh sausages should not be reheated in a microwave.

Storage Instructions:

• Refrigerate at 0-4°C: Can be stored for up to 7 days. Once opened, consume within 1-2 days.
• Freeze at -8°C: Can be stored for up to 3 months. Once opened, consume within 1-2 days. Do not refreeze.
• Freeze at -18°C: Can be stored for up to 6 months. Once opened, consume within 1-2 days. Do not refreeze.
