• สมาชิกออนิกซ์ รีวอร์ด แจ้งหมายเลขสมาชิกเมื่อทำการจองหรือตอนเช็คอิน เพื่อรับคะแนนสะสมได้เต็มจำนวน
• เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับบริการที่ไม่ใช่ของโรงแรมได้
• เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถจองผ่านช่องทางอื่นๆได้
• เวาเชอร์นี้ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
• เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ และไม่สามารถใช้กับงานอีเว้นท์ งานพิเศษอื่นๆได้
• เวาเชอร์สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อการเข้าพักเท่านั้น โดยมูลค่าในเวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถเก็บใช้ในครั้งถัดไปหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
• ค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ จะเข้าบิลของลูกค้า และแสดงยอดค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆบน Statement
• สำหรับยอดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกินจากเครดิตเงินสดในเวาเชอร์ สามารถชำระเงินส่วนที่เกินได้ในวันที่เช็คเอ้าท์ โดยชำระเป็นเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิดที่โรงแรมโดยตรงได้
• เครดิตเงินสดจากเวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
• เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับการสำรองห้องพักที่มากกว่า 10 ห้องพักขึ้นไป และไม่สามารถใช้กับการจัดประชุม งานเลี้ยงหรืองานแต่งงานได้
• เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนใหม่ได้ หากทำหายหรือโดนขโมย
• เวาเชอร์นี้ต้องทำการจองห้องพักล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการเช็คอินที่โรงแรม
• งดร่วมโปรโมชั่นในวันที่กำหนด

Terms and Conditions

▪️ Vouchers can be redeemed for food and beverage consumption.

▪️ Vouchers can be redeemed for food and beverage only if booked directly with property.

▪️ ONYX Rewards members can earn points when booking accommodation with eligible rate plan. Please provide your ONYX Rewards membership when making reservation or at check-in.

▪️ Vouchers cannot be used if a reservation is booked via any other channel or on any other rate plan.

▪️ Vouchers cannot be used against third party operated services.

▪️ Vouchers are pre-paid at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable.

▪️ Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts, any other vouchers or special events.

▪️ Each voucher is valid for a one time use and any amount not utilised will not be carried forward for future use or cannot be redeemed as cash.

▪️ Any spending exceeding the amount of the voucher must be paid upon check-out either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method at the property.

▪️ Voucher credits will be applied to the guest folio at the time of check-out or bill settlement.

▪️ Voucher credits are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are void after check-out.

▪️ Voucher credits are not applicable for group bookings (10 or more rooms) or catering spending (weddings, meetings).

▪️ Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

▪️ 24-hour advance reservation is required and rooms are subject to availability.

▪️ Valid vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption or during check-in.
