เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

- กรุณาสำรองที่นั่งและแจ้งเวลาที่ต้องการเข้าใช้บริการล่วงหน้า

- บัตรกำนัลโฟลว์ ออนเซ็น สามารถใช้ได้ถึงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2567 สำหรับวันธรรมดาเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

- บัตรกำนัลโฟลว์ ออนเซ็น สำหรับ 01 ท่าน และ 02 ท่าน สามารถใช้เข้ารับบริการออนเซ็น 01 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง/บัตรกำนัล โดยไม่สามารถแบ่งใช้ได้

- กรุณาแสดงเลขคำสั่งซื้อก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการ

- โรงแรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือคืนเงินในทุกกรณี

- ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นและส่วนลดอื่นๆได้

- โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

- ลูกค้าต้องมาถึงก่อนเวลานัดหมาย 15 นาที กรณีลูกค้ามาสายกว่าเวลาที่นัดหมาย โรงแรมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้บริการตามเวลาที่เหลืออยู่

- หากลูกค้ามาสายเกินเวลานัดหมาย 15 นาที โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า โรงแรมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกนัดดังกล่าวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

- กรณีลูกค้าไม่มาเข้ารับบริการตามเวลาที่นัดหมายโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน

- กรณีลูกค้าต้องการเลื่อนนัดหรือยกเลิกนัด กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมง มิฉะนั้นโรงแรมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์เก็บเงินเต็มจำนวน

Terms and conditions

- Reservation is subject to availability and advanced booking is required.

-  Flow Onsen voucher is valid until 30 June 2024 for weekdays only and not applicable on public holiday.

-  Flow Onsen voucher is applicable for either one person or two persons and is valid for one hour per voucher. It cannot be divided for separate uses.

- Please present the order number upon arrival at the Spa.

- After the payment has been made, cancellation, amendment, and cash refund in any part of the offer is not allowed in any case, please check the conditions before payment.

- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

- The hotel reserves the right to change or modify prices and promotions at any time.

- Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. If the customer arrives late, the hotel retains the right to offer services based on the remaining time.

- Should the customer arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to cancel appointments without providing advance notice.

- If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled appointment time without providing advance notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount.

- If the customer wishes to reschedule or cancel the appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the hotel reserving the right to charge the full amount.
