***หากสินค้าที่ได้รับ มีการละลายและนิ่มแล้ว ไม่ควรนำไปฟรีสซ้ำ แต่หากยังมีความแข็งตัวอยู่ สามารถนำไปฟรีสได้***

📌การแพ็คและจัดส่งสินค้า 📦 สินค้าออกจากโรงงานแบบแช่แข็ง ❄️ สินค้าจะถูกแพ็คในถุงเก็บความเย็นก่อน จึงจะบรรจุใส่กล่องโฟม เพื่อป้องกันสินค้าเสียหาย และควบคุมอุณหภูมิให้คงความเย็นได้นานที่สุด💯✅

🌟เมื่อสินค้าถึงลูกค้า จะละลายพอดี ให้เก็บในตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดา อุณหภูมิ 2-6 องศา และควรรับประทานภายใน 7 วันค่ะ

📦จัดส่งสินค้าในวันจันทร์-ศุกร์

หากสั่งสินค้าหลังเวลา 09.00 น. โรงงานจะจัดส่งสินค้าในวันทำการถัดไป

📌 Packaging & Shipping Information 📦

Our products are shipped frozen directly from the factory ❄️. Each item is first packed in a thermal bag, then placed in an insulated foam box to maintain low temperatures and prevent any damage during transit. This ensures the product stays fresh and cold for as long as possible. 💯✅

🌟 Upon arrival, the product will be partially thawed and ready for refrigeration. Please store it in a standard refrigerator at 2–6°C and consume within 7 days.

📦 Shipping Schedule: Monday to Friday

Orders placed after 09.00 AM will be shipped out the next business day.

Please note: This is not an instant delivery service like Lineman, Grab, or Robinhood. Shipping is arranged through a courier service, and delivery takes 2-3 business days depending on your location.
