โดยปกติแล้ว ทางแบรนด์จะคัดเลือกเศษผ้าที่เป็นเส้นยาว หรือเศษผ้าที่มีความยาวพอดีกับหน้ากว้างของกระเป๋า มาผลิตกระเป๋า ทำให้เศษผ้าชิ้นเล็กๆไม่ได้ถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ เพราะความยาวของเศษผ้าไม่เพียงพอที่จะผลิตเป็นกระเป๋าได้ เศษผ้าชิ้นเล็กๆเหล่านี้เมื่ออยู่รวมกันแล้ว มีปริมาณมากกว่าเศษผ้าเส้นยาวๆ ถ้าไม่ถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ เศษผ้าเหล่านี้ก็จะกลายเป็นขยะต่อไป

ทางแบรนด์จึงทำการทดลองหาเทคนิคการผลิต และออกแบบรูปทรงกระเป๋า ที่สามารถนำเศษผ้าชิ้นเล็กๆเหล่านี้ มาใช้ในการผลิตให้ได้มากที่สุด โดยเทคนิคที่ทางแบรนด์ใช้คือ การนำเอาเศษผ้าชิ้นเล็กๆมาร้อยใส่แผ่นตาข่ายที่มีขนาดเล็ก แล้วนำแผ่นตาข่ายที่ถูกร้อย มาถักต่อกันจนเกิดเป็นรูปทรงขึ้นมา

Normally, we use long fabric scraps or scraps that are the same bag length to make the products. This way causes small scraps not be used for any further useful process because the small scrap length is not enough to be produced the product. Those scraps will be thrown away and become textile waste later. We realized this problem and tried to find the way making the new valuable products of those small scraps by bringing into the creative production process.

We weaved small scraps with small nets and knitted each of nets together in order to reduce small scraps that’re not be used for any further useful process.
