เนยถั่วและเจลลี่/แยม (PB&J) เป็นแซนวิชที่เราพึ่งพาเป็นประจำตั้งเเต่เด็กจนโต เรากินเจ้าเเซนวิชนี้เป็นอาหารเช้า อาหารกลางวันในวันเร่งรีบ ของว่างตอนดึก หรือเรียกว่ากินในทุกโอกาสเลยก็ว่าได้ เราคิดว่าถ้ามันเป็นแซนวิชที่อร่อยขนาดนี้ มันคงจะอร่อยยิ่งกว่าเดิมในรูปแบบไอศครีม และเเน่นอนว่าชื่ออะไรจะเข้ากับรสนี้ไปกว่า "PB&J"

Growing up, peanut butter and jelly (PB&J) was our go-to sandwich. We had it for breakfast, quick lunch, late night snack, and for any ocassion really. We figured if the combination worked so well in a sandwich, it should work even better in ice cream! And what's a better way to call this flavour than "PB&J" ?

A 'magical combination' is probably what we would describe our PB&J ice cream. The salty creamy peanut butter ice cream is offset by the tang of the blackcurrant jelly. For an extra texture, we mix in housemade crunchy peanut butter truffles. The flavourful combination of peanut and freshly made blackcurrant jelly is just something you can never get bored of no matter what age you are. This ice cream is not exactly a sandwich we are familiar with as a kid but rather an adult adaptation of a childhood classic sandwich filling.
