วิธีทํา: เป็ดย่าง 

1. เตรียมล้างเป็ด 1 ตัว ผึ่งให้แห้ง 

2. โรยผงปรุงในซองนี้คลุกเคล้าเป็ดให้ทั่วทั้งภายในและภายนอกหมักไว้ 1 ชั่วโมง

3. เปิดเตาอบ 375 ํฟ หรือ 190 ํซ อบเป็ดประมาณ 30 นาที แล้วกลับตัวเป็ด และอบต่อจนหนังกรอบ สุกทั้งตัว

Recipe: Roast Duck

1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry.

2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for 1 hour.

3. Place the duck in oven at 375 °F or 190 °C for 30 minutes. Turn the duck over and bake until the duck skin is crispy.

Suggested Uses: Birds, Turkey and Chicken.
