วิธีทํา: ปลาผัดพริกไทยดํา 

1. เตรียมเนื้อปลา 250 กรัม หั่นเป็นชิ้น พริกหวาน 1/2 ลูก หอมหัวใหญ่ 1/2 หัว หั่นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยม และต้นหอมหั่นท่อน 

2. นํากระทะตั้งไฟปานกลาง ใส่น้ํามันพืช 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ (30 มล.) ใส่หอมหัวใหญ่ พริกหวาน และซอสปรุงสําเร็จผัดพริกไทยดําในซองนี้ ผัดให้เข้ากัน 

3. ใส่ปลา ค่อย ๆ กลับไปมาจนสุก 

4. ปิดไฟ โรยต้นหอม พร้อมเสิร์ฟ 

*สามารถใช้กุ้ง หอยเชลล์ ปลาหมึกหรือเนื้อสัตว์ เช่น เนื้อวัว หรือ ไก่แทนได้ 

ส่วนประกอบ: หอมใหญ่ 23% ซอสหอยนางรม 20% น้ำตาล 16% น้ํามันปาล์ม 12% พริกไทยดํา 9% กระเทียม 7% ซอสผง 5% วัตถุปรุงแต่งรสอาหาร (โมโนโซเดียมกลูตาเมต ไดโซเดียม 5’-ไรโบนิวคลีโอไดด์ )3% เกลือ 3% รากผักชี 1.5% สารทำให้คงตัว (แซนแทนกัม) 0.3% สีธรรมชาติ (คาราเม (คอสติก]) 0.2%

Recipe: Fish with Stir-Fry Black Pepper Sauce 

1. Prepare 250 g. fish* fillet, cut into bite size, 1/2 bell pepper, diced and 1/2 onion and cut-up green onion. 

2. Heat 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) vegetable oil in a pan. Add bell pepper, onion together with the contents of this packet. Stir-fry on medium heat. 

3. Place fish in the pan. Gently stir fry until fish is cooked. 

4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onion and serve. 

*Seafood such as shrimp, scallop, squid or meat such as beef, chicken can be substituted.
