วิธีทํา: กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้นหม้อดิน 

1. นําวุ้นเส้น 1 ขีด มาแช่น้ำจนนุ่ม สงขึ้น ตัดเป็นท่อน ๆ แล้วคลุกด้วยเครื่องปรุง ในช่องนี้ให้เข้ากันดี 

2. หั่นมันแข็งหรือมันไก่ 1 ขีด เรียงไว้ที่ก้นหม้อดินหรือ

ใช้น้ำมันพืช 3 ช้อนโต๊ะแทนก็ได้ 

3. ใส่กุ้ง 200 กรัมและเห็ด 100 กรัม 

4. ปิดฝา นําขึ้นตั้งไฟอ่อน ๆ ประมาณ 15-20 นาที 

ข้อแนะนํา: เครื่องปรุงอบหม้อดินยังใช้ได้กับอาหารทะเลทุกชนิด 

ส่วนประกอบ: ขิง 28% ซอสถั่วเหลือง 22% น้ำตาล 18% กระเทียม 11% รากผักชี 6% วัตถุปรุงแต่งรสอาหาร (โมโนโซเดียมกลูตาเมต) 5% น้ำมันพืช 4.5% เกลือ 4.5% เครื่องเทศ (พริกไทยขาว โป๊ยกั๊ก) 1%

Recipe: Shrimp in Chinese Clay Pot 

1. Soak 100 g. green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter threads then mix well with the contents of this packet 

2. Slice 100 g. back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot. Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 

3. Place green bean noodles on top of the fat, followed by 300 g. fresh shrimps. 

4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes. 

Suggested Use: This seasoning can be used with any seafoods.
