Terms and Conditions

• Booking : Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Changes/Cancellations : Must be notified at least 12 hours before the service time.
• No-Show : If the passenger does not show up and cannot be contacted, the company reserves the right to charge the full service fee.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to passengers or luggage exceeding the booking details without a refund.
• Any additional luggage (including oversized items) will be charged 500 THB per item (including VAT).
• Service is limited to 3 hours.
• The service is available only at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• You can book the promotion from today until September 30, 2024.
• This promotion can be used until December 31, 2024.
