กรณีสมัครล่าช้า มีค่าธรรมเนียมดำเนินการเพิ่ม 500 บาท เนื่องจากศูนย์ทดสอบฯ ต้องเปิดระบบลงทะเบียนเพิ่มเติม

Late registration will incur an additional 500 THB processing fee as the system must be reopened for registration.
