**Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to your preferred collection date. Kindly specify your preferred collection date and time in the "Note to Seller" section when placing your order.

Terms & Conditions

• Please provide your full name when purchasing the voucher to facilitate order verification.
• Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
• Delivery service is not included in the order.
• Products must be collected in person from 1 August – 25 September 2026.
• Please present your QR code to the staff to verify your order upon collection.
• If you do not receive or have lost your QR code, please contact the hotel exclusively via the hotel's LINE Official Account.
• Please kindly inspect the product upon collection. If you notice any damage, please inform our staff immediately before leaving the collection point. Once the product has been collected, JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok reserves the right to decline any requests for exchanges or returns for products found to be damaged after collection.
