• งดน้ำและอาหารอย่างน้อย 8 ชั่วโมงก่อนตรวจ
• ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการตรวจในโปรแกรมได้
• ระยะเวลาการจำหน่ายตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-31 มี.ค. 2569 และรับบริการได้ถึง 30 เม.ย. 2569

Remarks
• These prices include doctor fee for informing results of tests and hospital service charge.
• Do not eat or drink anything (other than water) for at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.
• The individual items in the program cannot be changed.
• These special prices are available from 1-31 Mar 2026, and pre-purchased package can be used up to 30 Apr 2026

ขั้นตอนการเข้ารับบริการ
1. เมื่อดำเนินการชำระค่าบริการของสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นต่างๆสำเร็จแล้ว ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง
ผู้รับบริการจะได้รับ E-coupon สำหรับแสดงในวันที่เข้ารับบริการ
2. กรุณาทำนัด และเลื่อนนัดหมายล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ โดยเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด
How to use E-coupon
1. E-coupon will be delivered via LINE chat. Please check for accuracy within 4 hrs.
(If there is an error information, please contact Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Official Shop via LINE chat)
2. To use E-coupon for health treatments or services at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya,
E-coupon can be presented to registration counter in digital format or print out on the appointment date.
