Description

🧀 Description: Caillou is a hand-shaped, pressed cheese with a firm, compact heart and bright, lightly sour notes. Each piece is rolled in carefully chosen spices or herbs, creating a vivid contrast between the fresh lactic center and the aromatic outer layer. The result is a cheese that is straightforward yet distinctive, offering a lively bite that pairs beautifully with wine, charcuterie, or enjoyed simply on its own.

🪧 Name: Caillou – Inspired by the French word for "pebble," Caillou is a dry cheese crafted into delightful little pebbles and enrobed with a savory blend of spices. Available in variations featuring pepper, paprika, or thyme, its name evokes both its shape and its rugged, artisanal character.
