2. เมื่อชำระเงินสำเร็จลูกค้าจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันในการใช้บัตรกำนันนี้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานส่วนลดพิเศษในการซื้อคอนโดมิเนียม

3. จะต้องแสดงใช้บัตรกำนันในช่วงเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในบัตรตามกำหนดการณ์ของโครงการที่กำหนดโดย บริษัท เท่านั้น

4. บัตรกำนัลหนึ่งใบสามารถใช้สิทธิ์พิเศษต่อหนึ่งห้องเท่านั้นไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้บัตรกำนัลหลายใบเพื่อซื้อคอนโดมิเนียมโครงการเดียวกัน

5. สำหรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขลูกค้าที่มีบัตรกำนัลจะต้องทำการจอง / ซื้อในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนดไว้บนบัตร

6. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับเจ้าของคอนโดมิเนียมในปัจจุบันของโกลบอล ท๊อป กรุ๊ป

7. ไม่สามารถยกเลิกบัตรกำนัล คืนเงิน โอนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดได้

8. บัตรกำนัลแต่ละใบจะสิ้นสุดในวันที่ที่ปรากฎบนหน้าบัตรกำนัลนั้นเอง

9. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ที่จะยกเลิกสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งหมดของบัตรกำนัลนี้

10. บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้กับห้องและโครงการที่อยู่ในบัตรกำนัลของ บริษัท โกลบอล ท๊อป กรุ๊ป เท่านั้น

11. หลังจากขั้นตอนการซื้อคอนโดมิเนียมกับ โกลบอล ท๊อป กรุ๊ป บัตรกำนัลจะถูกนำไปใช้ ชำระเต็มจำนวน และไม่สามารถใช้ซ้ำ เปลี่ยน หรือยกเลิกห้องได้ แต่อย่างใด

12. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในการใช้บัตรกำนัลของ บริษัท โกลบอล ท๊อป กรุ๊ป และการชำระเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับร้านค้าออนไลน์ จะเป็นไปตามระบบและความรับผิดชอบของ โกลบอล ท๊อป กรุ๊ป

13. ไม่สามารถใช้ บัตรกำนัลนี้ร่วมกับ บัตรกำนัลหรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆได้อีก

14. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ จะเป็นไปตามที่ บริษัทฯ กำหนด บริษัท จะขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากเกิดปัญหาขึ้นจากการใช้ประโยชน์ของ บัตรกำนัลนี้ การตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายจะขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ บริษัท

7.E-Vouchers cannot be canceled, Refunded, Transferred for Cash, or changed to other benefits in any way.
