In case of wrong, missing, or excess items, or damaged packages: Customers must take photos of the shipping label and the received product or record a video while opening the package as proof if items are incorrect or incomplete.

If customers allow parcels to be left unattended or received by others: We reserve the right to assess claims for any damaged items.

⭐️ กรณี สินค้าเปลี่ยนสภาพก่อนหมดอายุ : แนะนำให้คุณลูกค้าหยุดทานและเก็บหลักฐานดังต่อไปนี้

If products deteriorate before the expiration date: Customers are advised to stop consuming the product and provide the following evidence:

1. ส่งรูปถ่ายหลักฐานสินค้าที่เกิดปัญหาโดยต้องมีรูปถ่ายดังต่อไปนี้

Submit photos or videos showing the problem, including:

- รูปถ่ายบริเวณฝาขวดด้านบนที่เห็นเลข Lot และ BBF

A photo of the bottle cap displaying the Lot number and BBF date.

- รูปถ่ายหรือ VDO ที่เห็นผลิตภัณฑ์นมด้านในที่เกิดความผิดปกติ

A photo or video showing the abnormal milk product inside.

2. แจ้งข้อมูลรายละเอียดปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เช่น นมเกิดการจับตัวเป็นก้อน มีความข้น/หนืด ผิดปกติ รสชาติผิดปกติ เป็นต้น

Describe the issue in detail, such as clumping, unusual thickness, or abnormal taste.

เงื่อนไขการเคลม Claim Conditions :

📍การเคลม จะชดเชยให้ตามจำนวนสินค้าที่มีภาพฝาขวด BBF และนมด้านในเท่านั้น กรณีที่สินค้าเสียหายหลายขวดให้ถ่ายสินค้าทุกขวดโดยเป็นการเทใส่ภาชนะหรือซิงค์เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงนมด้านในอย่างชัดเจน

Compensation will only cover products with a photo of the bottle cap (BBF) and the contents inside. If multiple bottles are damaged, show the contents clearly by pouring them into a container or sink.

📍ยอดการเคลมจะได้ตามราคาสินค้าที่ลูกค้าจ่ายตามจริง

Claims will be compensated based on the actual price paid by the customer.

📍การเคลม จะใช้ระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบ และประสานงานทำเรื่องชดเชย ประมาณ 7-14 วันทำการ

The claim process may take approximately 7–14 business days for verification and coordination.
