• จุดรับสินค้า Light Stick Pop-up Booth จะเปิดให้บริการในวันที่ 14 - 15 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น. ณ IMPACT Arena เมืองทองธานี

The Light Stick Pop-up Booth will be open on 14 - 15 August 2026, from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani.

• ลูกค้าทุกท่านจะต้องระบุข้อมูลชื่อ - นามสกุลผู้รับสินค้า ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล ให้ครบถ้วน ไม่ว่าจะเลือกวิธีจัดส่งแบบใด

You must provide complete shipping information, including full name, address, phone number, and email, regardless of the chosen shipping method.

• ผู้รับสินค้าจะต้องแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ และแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือหนังสือเดินทางที่มีชื่อ - นามสกุลตรงกับข้อมูลที่ระบุในคำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น

You must present the order number along with a valid national ID card or passport. The name shown on the identification document must exactly match the name stated in the order.

Authorization or proxy collection is not permitted under any circumstances. Only the individual whose name appears on the order is allowed to collect the product.

Prior to signing for product collection, you are required to inspect the product for completeness and physical condition, and to perform a light system function test, in accordance with the procedures specified by the company at the collection booth.

• การลงชื่อรับสินค้าและออกจากพื้นที่บูท ถือเป็นการยืนยันโดยสมบูรณ์ว่าผู้รับสินค้าได้ตรวจสอบสินค้า และยอมรับว่าสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ และพร้อมใช้งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Signing for receipt and leaving the booth area shall be deemed as final confirmation that the product has been fully inspected and accepted as complete and in proper working condition.

• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการรับประกัน การเปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือข้อร้องเรียนใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความไม่ครบถ้วน ความเสียหายภายนอก ภายหลังจากผู้รับสินค้าได้ลงชื่อรับสินค้าและออกจากพื้นที่บูทแล้ว

The company reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims, exchanges, or disputes related to missing items and external defects after the product has been signed for and you have departed from the booth area.

การจัดส่งสินค้า | Shipment

• เริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 สิงหาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป โดยเรียงตามลำดับการสั่งซื้อ

• บริษัทฯ ให้บริการจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งภายในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศในวันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันเสาร์ วันอาทิตย์ วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และวันหยุดตามที่ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งกำหนด ผ่านบริการ EMS ของไปรษณีย์ไทย

The Company provides domestic and international shipping services from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and holidays designated by the shipping carrier. All shipments will be dispatched via Thailand Post EMS service.

• กรณีที่ผู้สั่งซื้อสั่งซื้อสินค้าหลายรายการภายในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน และสินค้าดังกล่าวมีกำหนดการจัดส่งแตกต่างกัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์จัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมดพร้อมกันตามกำหนดการจัดส่งของสินค้าที่มีกำหนดจัดส่งล่าช้าที่สุด

If multiple products with different shipping schedules are purchased within the same order, the Company reserves the right to consolidate and ship all items together according to the latest shipping schedule among the purchased products.

• ผู้สั่งซื้อมีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบชื่อผู้รับ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ หากเกิดความล่าช้า การตีกลับ การสูญหาย หรือไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้เนื่องจากข้อมูลที่ผู้สั่งซื้อระบุไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้รับได้ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย ค่าใช้จ่าย หรือผลกระทบใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากกรณีดังกล่าว

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, and shipping information are accurate and complete before confirming an order. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, return shipment, loss, failed delivery, additional expenses, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping information, or where the recipient cannot be contacted.

• เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อได้รับการจัดส่งแล้ว ผู้สั่งซื้อจะได้รับ Flex Message ใน LINE Chat แจ้งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking Number) โดยสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านเว็บไซต์ของไปรษณีย์ไทย

Once an order has been shipped, the purchaser will receive a Flex Message via LINE Chat containing the parcel tracking number. Shipping status can be monitored directly through the Thailand Post tracking system.

• ภายหลังจากบริษัทฯ ส่งมอบสินค้าให้แก่ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งแล้ว ความล่าช้า ความเสียหาย หรือเหตุขัดข้องที่เกิดจากการดำเนินงานของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ จะไม่ถือเป็นความรับผิดของบริษัทฯ อย่างไรก็ตาม บริษัทฯ ยินดีประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเพื่อช่วยติดตามสถานะสินค้าให้แก่ผู้สั่งซื้อตามสมควร

After the Company has handed the shipment over to the shipping carrier, any delay, damage, disruption, or other issue arising from the carrier’s operations or from force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control shall not be deemed the responsibility of the Company. Nevertheless, the Company will reasonably assist purchasers in coordinating with the shipping carrier to track shipment status when necessary.

• กรณีพัสดุถูกตีกลับมายังบริษัทฯ เนื่องจากผู้รับไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ ปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า ไม่เข้ารับพัสดุภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือระบุข้อมูลการจัดส่งไม่ถูกต้อง ผู้สั่งซื้อจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งใหม่ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดภายใน 15 วันทำการ นับถัดจากวันที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับสินค้าคืน

If a parcel is returned to the Company because the recipient cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, fails to collect the parcel within the designated period, or provides incorrect shipping information, the purchaser shall be responsible for all reshipping fees and any related expenses within 15 business days from the date the returned parcel is received by the Company.

การรับประกันสินค้า | Warranty

• รอยขีดข่วน รอยเสียดสี หรือร่องรอยการสัมผัสผิวขนาดเล็กที่อาจพบได้บนโดมของสินค้า ซึ่งอาจเกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการประกอบหรือการขนส่งภายใต้มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม ถือเป็นลักษณะที่สามารถพบได้ทั่วไป ไม่ถือเป็นความบกพร่องของสินค้า (Non-Defect) และไม่อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน การเปลี่ยน หรือการคืนสินค้า

Minor scratches, scuff marks, or superficial surface marks that may appear on the product dome, which may occur during the assembly or transportation process in accordance with industry standards, are considered normal characteristics and shall not be deemed product defects (Non-Defect). Such conditions are not covered under the warranty, exchange, or return policy.

• บริษัทฯ ขอความร่วมมือลูกค้าบันทึกวิดิโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ได้รับโดยไม่ตัดต่อ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานของลูกค้าประกอบการรับประกันสินค้า

Please record a video while opening the parcel and checking the received items without any edits. This will be used as evidence for warranty.
