วิธีการสั่งซื้อ | Purchase Instructions

1. ลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อ Exclusive Fan Package ได้ในวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม เวลา 11.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ผ่านทาง LINE SHOPPING : DMD SHOP

The Exclusive Fan Package will be available for purchase starting from May 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM (GMT+7) via LINE SHOPPING: DMD SHOP. 

2. จำกัดการสั่งซื้อ 1 แพ็กเกจ ต่อ 1 คำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น

Limited to 1 package per order ONLY.

4. การระบุชื่อผู้รับสิทธิ์และศิลปินที่ต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องกรอกในส่วนข้อมูลการจัดส่งเท่านั้น หากท่านมีประวัติการใช้งาน LINE SHOPPING กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้

ก่อนหน้า และโปรดระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องก่อนดำเนินการชำระเงิน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไขข้อมูลใด ๆ หลังจากชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วในทุกกรณี

The recipient’s name and the selected artist must be specified in the shipping information section only. If you have previously used LINE SHOPPING, please verify that your saved information is accurate. All required details must be completed correctly prior to payment. The Company reserves the right to disallow any amendments to the information after payment has been completed.

5. ลูกค้าจะต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินภายใน 15 นาที หลังจากทำรายการสั่งซื้อ หากไม่ดำเนินการภายในเวลาที่กำหนด คำสั่งซื้อจะหมดอายุโดยอัตโนมัติ และสิทธิ์ดังกล่าวจะถูกนำกลับเข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อเปิดให้ผู้อื่นสามารถสั่งซื้อได้ต่อไป

You must complete the payment within 15 minutes after placing the order. If payment is not completed within the given timeframe, the order will automatically expire. The forfeited slot will be returned to the system and made available for other customers.

6. บริษัทฯ รับชำระเงินผ่านระบบของ LINE SHOPPING เท่านั้น ซึ่งรองรับการชำระเงินผ่าน Mobile Banking, QR Payment, บัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต หรือ LINE Pay โดยรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการ ( LINE SHOPPING )

Payment is accepted exclusively through the LINE SHOPPING system, which supports payments via Mobile Banking, QR Payment, Credit/Debit Cards, or LINE Pay. All payment details and conditions are in accordance with the policies of the service provider ( LINE SHOPPING ).

7. คำสั่งซื้อที่ดำเนินการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วจะได้รับรหัสยืนยันสิทธิ์ผ่านทาง Flex Message ใน LINE Chat ภายในวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.

Completed orders will receive a redemption code via Flex Message in LINE Chat by May 1, 2026 at 11.59 PM (GMT+7), 

8. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ทำการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากพบการสั่งซื้อผิดไปจากเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด และไม่สามารถคืนสิทธิ์ได้ทุกกรณี ทั้งนี้การคืนเงินจะถูกดำเนินการและเป็นไปตามนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการ ( LINE SHOPPING )

The company reserves the right to cancel your order without prior notice if the order does not comply with the specified conditions. The right to purchase cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policy of the service provider.

การลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ | Registration

1. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องลงทะเบียนเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน รับริสต์แบนด์ และ EXCLUSIVE FAN GIFTS ณ ประชาสัมพันธ์ ในวันที่ 2-3 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 14.00 น. - 16.00 น. โดยแสดงหลักฐานดังต่อไปนี้

Participants must register to verify their identity and collect a wristband and EXCLUSIVE FAN GIFTS at the information area on May 2-3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, by presenting the following documents 

• LINE Chat แสดง Flex Message ที่มีหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและรหัสยืนยันสิทธิ์

( สามารถใช้ภาพ Screen shot ได้ )

LINE Chat screen shot the Flex Message with your order number and redemption code

( A screenshot is acceptable )

• บัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่มี ชื่อ - นามสกุลตรงกับข้อมูลผู้รับที่ได้ระบุในคำสั่งซื้อ

A valid identification card or passport that matches the full name provided in the order.

2. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องลงทะเบียนด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถมอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นดำเนินการแทนได้

Registration must be done in person. Authorization for another person to register on your behalf is not permitted.

3. หากผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ไม่ได้ติดต่อรับ EXCLUSIVE FAN GIFTS ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ทันที

If you fail to collect the EXCLUSIVE FAN GIFTS within the specified time, the company will consider the privilege immediately forfeited.

4. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องแสดงตัวบริเวณ GATE 1 ภายใน 15 นาที หลังจบการแสดง เพื่อเข้ารับสิทธิ์ถ่ายภาพ หากไม่ปรากฏตัวภายในเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ทันที ทั้งนี้ เวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม กรุณาติดตามประกาศประชาสัมพันธ์ภายในบริเวณงานอย่างใกล้ชิด

Participants must be present at GATE 1 within 15 minutes after the show to join the photo session. Failure to appear within the specified time will be considered an immediate forfeiture of the privilege. Please note that the schedule may be subject to change. Kindly follow on-site announcements closely for any updates. 

5. กรุณาตรวจสอบของที่ระลึกที่ได้รับให้ครบถ้วนก่อนออกจากบูท หากพบปัญหากรุณาแจ้งทันที บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการรับประกันสินค้า หากมีการแจ้งปัญหาหลังจากออกจากบูท

Please check all received items carefully before leaving the booth. If there are any issues, kindly inform our staff immediately. The company reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the issue is reported after leaving the booth.
