บริษัทฯ ขอความกรุณาลูกค้าตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของวิธีการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ก่อนดำเนินการชำระเงินทุกครั้ง ในกรณีที่ตรวจพบว่าวิธีการจัดส่งไม่ถูกต้อง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านระบบของ LINE SHOPPING ตามระยะเวลาและเงื่อนไขที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด และลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการสั่งซื้อใหม่อีกครั้ง

As multiple product collections are available for purchase simultaneously, you are kindly requested to carefully review and ensure that the selected shipping method complies with the stated conditions prior to completing payment. If an incorrect shipping method is selected, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice. Remark : Our staff may adjust your information to ensure efficient shipping preparation and to avoid delivery issues. Essential details will remain unchanged. If you receive a Flex Message notification regarding address adjustments, you can review the accuracy again.

การจัดส่งสินค้า | Shipment

• บริษัทฯ จะเริ่มดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าหลังจาก 15 วันทำการเป็นต้นไป นับจากวันที่ชำระเงิน

Shipping will begin from 15 business days after the payment date.

• หากท่านทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่มีกำหนดวันจัดส่งต่างกันในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สินค้าทั้งหมดจะถูกจัดส่งตามกำหนดการของสินค้าที่มีการจัดส่งล่าช้าที่สุด

If you place an order containing items with different shipping schedules, all items will be shipped together based on the latest shipping date.

• บริษัทฯ ให้บริการจัดส่งทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ทุกวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

Shipping is available both within Thailand and internationally, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อของท่านถูกจัดส่ง ท่านจะได้รับ Flex Message ใน LINE Chat แจ้งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ โดยสามารถติดตามสถานะพัสดุผ่านเว็บไซต์ของไปรษณีย์ไทยด้วยตนเองได้ที่ https://track.thailandpost.co.th

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Flex Message via LINE Chat containing the tracking number. You may track the shipment status through the Thailand Post website at https://track.thailandpost.co.th.

การรับประกันสินค้า | Warranty

• บริษัทฯ ขอความร่วมมือลูกค้าบันทึกวิดิโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ได้รับโดยไม่ตัดต่อ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานของลูกค้าประกอบการรับประกันสินค้า

Please record a video while opening the parcel and checking the received items without any edits. This will be used as evidence for warranty.

• หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าสามารถแจ้งปัญหาได้ที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า LINE OFFICIAL : @dmdshop ภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า โดยพิจารณาจากบันทึกในระบบของบริษัทขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ

If you have any issues, please contact our customer service via LINE OFFICIAL: @dmdshop within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will reference the shipping company’s records.
