To ensure uninterrupted use of the light stick throughout the concert, it is recommended to prepare at least 1 additional set of AAA alkaline batteries for optimal performance.

1st Round :

The LIGHT STICK STATION will be open on January 16, 2026 from 12.00 PM to 8.00 PM and January 17 - 18, 2026, from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani.

หมายเหตุ : ลูกค้าสามารถเข้ารับสินค้าได้ในวันที่สะดวก โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแสดงบัตรเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ต

Remark : Light Stick may be collected on any date at your convenience. Please note that a concert ticket is not required for the light stick pick-up service.

• ผู้รับสินค้าจะต้องแจ้งชื่อ - นามสกุล และหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เพื่อรับสินค้า โดยต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่มีชื่อ - นามสกุลตรงกับข้อมูลที่ระบุในคำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น

You must present the order number along with a valid national ID card or passport. The name shown on the identification document must exactly match the name stated in the order.

• ไม่อนุญาตให้มอบอำนาจ ให้ผู้อื่นที่มีชื่อ - นามสกุลไม่ตรงกับข้อมูลในคำสั่งซื้อมารับสินค้าแทนในทุกกรณี

Authorization or proxy collection is not permitted under any circumstances. Only the individual whose name appears on the order is allowed to collect the product.

• ก่อนลงชื่อรับสินค้า ผู้รับสินค้าจะต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบความครบถ้วน ความสมบูรณ์ของสินค้า และทดสอบการทำงานของระบบไฟ (Function Test) ภายใต้ขั้นตอนที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ณ จุดรับสินค้า

Prior to signing for product collection, you are required to inspect the product for completeness and physical condition, and to perform a light system function test, in accordance with the procedures specified by the company at the collection booth.

• การลงชื่อรับสินค้าและออกจากพื้นที่บูท ถือเป็นการยืนยันโดยสมบูรณ์ว่าผู้รับสินค้าได้ตรวจสอบสินค้า และยอมรับว่าสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ และพร้อมใช้งานเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Signing for receipt and leaving the booth area shall be deemed as final confirmation that the product has been fully inspected and accepted as complete and in proper working condition.

• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการรับประกัน การเปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือข้อร้องเรียนใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความไม่ครบถ้วน ความเสียหายภายนอก ภายหลังจากผู้รับสินค้าได้ลงชื่อรับสินค้าและออกจากพื้นที่บูทแล้ว

The company reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims, exchanges, or disputes related to missing items and external defects after the product has been signed for and you have departed from the booth area.

✨ การรับประกันสินค้า | Warranty

• รอยขีดข่วน รอยเสียดสี หรือร่องรอยการสัมผัสผิวขนาดเล็กที่อาจพบได้บนโดมของสินค้า ซึ่งอาจเกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการประกอบหรือการขนส่งภายใต้มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม ถือเป็นลักษณะที่สามารถพบได้ทั่วไป ไม่ถือเป็นความบกพร่องของสินค้า (Non-Defect) และไม่อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับประกัน การเปลี่ยน หรือการคืนสินค้า

Minor scratches, scuff marks, or superficial surface marks that may appear on the product dome, which may occur during the assembly or transportation process in accordance with industry standards, are considered normal characteristics and shall not be deemed product defects (Non-Defect). Such conditions are not covered under the warranty, exchange, or return policy.

• กรณีรับสินค้าด้วยตนเอง ณ Pop-Up Booth บริษัทฯ ได้จัดเตรียมเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการตรวจสอบสภาพภายนอกของสินค้า และทดสอบการทำงานของระบบไฟ กรุณาตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและความสมบูรณ์ของสินค้าให้เรียบร้อยก่อนออกจากพื้นที่บูท ภายหลังจากรับสินค้าและออกจากบูทแล้ว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ในกรณีที่พบว่าสินค้าไม่ครบถ้วน หรือมีตำหนิภายนอก ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีที่พบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟภายในภายในระยะเวลา 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า

For self pick-up at the Pop-Up Booth, the company provides staff to assist with inspection of the product’s external condition and light system functionality. You are required to thoroughly check the product for completeness and proper condition before leaving the booth area. When the product has been collected and you have left the booth, the company reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return requests related to missing items or external defects. However, the company is pleased to offer a product exchange in cases involving internal light system malfunctions, provided that the issue is reported within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

• บริษัทฯ ขอความร่วมมือลูกค้าบันทึกวิดิโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ได้รับโดยไม่ตัดต่อ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานของลูกค้าประกอบการรับประกันสินค้า

Please record a video while opening the parcel and checking the received items without any edits. This will be used as evidence for warranty.

• หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าสามารถแจ้งปัญหาได้ที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า LINE OFFICIAL : @dmdshop ภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า โดยพิจารณาจากบันทึกในระบบของบริษัทขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ
