การรับประกันสินค้า | Warranty

• กรณีรับสินค้าด้วยตนเองที่ Pop-Up Booth ทางบริษัทฯ ได้จัดเตรียมเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อช่วยตรวจสอบสภาพภายนอกของสินค้าและระบบไฟ กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าให้ครบถ้วนและเรียบร้อยก่อนออกจากบูท หลังจากรับสินค้าแล้ว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า หากพบว่าสินค้าภายนอกไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่ครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่พบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า

For customers who choose to pick up your items at the Pop-Up Booth, our staff will assist in checking the product’s exterior condition and the lighting system. Please ensure that the product is thoroughly checked and all items are included before leaving the booth. Once received, the company reserves the right not to accept returns and exchanges for any external damage or missing items. However, the company will be happy to exchange products that have issues with the internal lighting system within 7 days from the date of receipt.
