• บริษัทฯ จะใช้ข้อมูลชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์ติดต่อ และอีเมลที่ระบุในคำสั่งซื้อ หากท่านต้องการแก้ไขข้อมูลสำหรับจัดส่งสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาสั่งซื้อ

The company will use the name, address, phone number, and email provided in the order. If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact customer service within 7 days after the ordering period ends.

Remark : Our staff may adjust your information to ensure efficient shipping preparation and to avoid delivery issues. Essential details will remain unchanged. If you receive a Flex Message notification regarding address adjustments, you can review the accuracy again.

The company reserves the right to decline order cancellations and refunds after the ordering period has ended.

การจัดส่งสินค้า | Shipment

1st Pre-order :

เริ่มจัดส่งสินค้าวันที่ 3 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป

Shipping will begin on September 3, 2025 onwards.

2nd Pre-order :

• เริ่มจัดส่งสินค้าตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ทำรายการตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไปจะถูกจัดส่งภายใน 14 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ชำระเงิน

Shipment will begin from September 10, 2025 onwards. For orders placed from September 15, 2025 onwards, products will be shipped within 14 business days after payment confirmation.

• หากท่านทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่มีกำหนดวันจัดส่งต่างกันในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน สินค้าทั้งหมดจะถูกจัดส่งตามกำหนดการของสินค้าที่มีการจัดส่งล่าช้าที่สุด

If you place an order containing items with different shipping schedules, all items will be shipped together based on the latest shipping date.

• บริษัทฯ ให้บริการจัดส่งทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ทุกวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

Shipping is available both within Thailand and internationally, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อของท่านถูกจัดส่ง ท่านจะได้รับการแจ้งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุผ่าน Flex Message ใน LINE Chat หรือสามารถตรวจสอบได้จากข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อในระบบ LINE SHOPPING

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Flex Message in LINE Chat, or you can check it in the order details on LINE SHOPPING.

การรับประกันสินค้า | Warranty

• บริษัทฯ ขอความร่วมมือลูกค้าบันทึกวิดิโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุและตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ได้รับโดยไม่ตัดต่อ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานของลูกค้าประกอบการรับประกันสินค้า

Please record a video while opening the parcel and checking the received items without any edits. This will be used as evidence for warranty.

• หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าสามารถแจ้งปัญหาได้ที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า LINE OFFICIAL : @dmdshop ภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า โดยพิจารณาจากบันทึกในระบบของบริษัทขนส่งเป็นสำคัญ

If you have any issues, please contact our customer service via LINE OFFICIAL: @dmdshop within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will reference the shipping company’s records.

• เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้าเป็นไปตามนโยบายการรับเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้าของบริษัทฯ

Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the company’s official exchange and return policy.

As multiple collections are available for purchase, please ensure that your selected shipping method complies with the stated conditions before proceeding with payment. If any modification to your order is required, the original order will be cancelled. Refunds will be processed through LINE SHOPPING, and you will be required to place a new order.
