หมายเหตุ

· กรุณางดอาหารและเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิด ยกเว้นน้ำเปล่า เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 8 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ

· หลีกเลี่ยงการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และการออกกำลังกายหนักอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนตรวจ

· นอนหลับพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ อย่างน้อย 6–8 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันตรวจ

· หากมีโรคประจำตัวหรือรับประทานยาประจำ กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนทำการตรวจ

· ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการตรวจภายในโปรแกรมได้

Remark

· Refrain from consuming any food or beverages, except plain water, for at least 8 hours before the examination. (This helps ensure the accuracy of blood sugar and lipid level tests.)

· Avoid alcohol consumption and strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours prior to the check-up.

· Get sufficient rest at least 6–8 hours of sleep before the day of examination.

· If you have any chronic conditions or are taking regular medication, please inform our staff before the test.

· The items included in the check-up program cannot be modified.

ขั้นตอนการเข้ารับบริการ

1. เมื่อดำเนินการชำระค่าบริการของสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นต่างๆสำเร็จแล้ว ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง

ผู้รับบริการจะได้รับ E-coupon สำหรับแสดงในวันที่เข้ารับบริการ

2. กรุณาทำนัด และเลื่อนนัดหมายล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ โดยเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด

How to use E-coupon

1. E-coupon will be delivered via LINE chat. Please check for accuracy within 4 hrs. 

(If there is an error information, please contact Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Official Shop via LINE chat)

2. To use E-coupon for health treatments or services at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya,

 E-coupon can be presented to registration counter in digital format or print out on the appointment date.
