Remarks

• These prices include doctor fee for informing results of tests and hospital service charge.

• Do not eat or drink anything (other than water) for at least 8 hours prior to the appointment.

• The individual items in the program cannot be changed.

• These special prices are available from 1-28 Feb 2026, and pre-purchased package can be used up to 31 Mar 2026

• For the Matrix+ package, please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance

• For your convenience please make an appointment in advance by calling 0 3825 9999 (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

• Please arrive at the hospital at least 30 minutes before the appointment time.

• Health check-ups are intended for disease screening and risk assessment and are not a substitute for diagnostic examinations in cases where abnormal symptoms are present. If there are any concerns, it is recommended to consult a physician for appropriate medical care.

ขั้นตอนการเข้ารับบริการ

1. เมื่อดำเนินการชำระค่าบริการของสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นต่างๆสำเร็จแล้ว ภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง

ผู้รับบริการจะได้รับ E-coupon สำหรับแสดงในวันที่เข้ารับบริการ

2. กรุณาทำนัด และเลื่อนนัดหมายล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ โดยเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด

How to use E-coupon

1. E-coupon will be delivered via LINE chat. Please check for accuracy within 4 hrs.

(If there is an error information, please contact Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Official Shop via LINE chat)

2. To use E-coupon for health treatments or services at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya,

E-coupon can be presented to registration counter in digital format or print out on the appointment date.
