การตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งทวารหนักเป็นวิธีการป้องกันมะเร็งทวารหนักที่มีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับการยอมรับในวงการแพทย์ในระดับสากล (International Anorectal Neoplasia Society 2023) โดยเหมาะสำหรับผู้มีความเสี่ยงสูงในการเป็นมะเร็งทวารหนัก ได้แก่

1.ชายที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับชายที่อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป

3.ชายที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับชายที่ไม่ได้อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี อายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป

4. หญิงข้ามเพศที่ไม่ได้อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป

คำแนะนำสำหรับโปรแกรม

1. งดการสวนล้างทวารหนักอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการตรวจ

2.หลีกเลี่ยงการตรวจโปรแกรมหากถ้ามีอาการเลือดออกทางทวารหนักอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้ปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนทำการตรวจ

3.แจ้งแพทย์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลยา และผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่รับประทานปัจจุบัน และประวัติโรคประจำตัว

Anorectal cancer screening is an effective and internationally recognized method for preventing anorectal cancer, as endorsed by the International Anorectal Neoplasia Society in 2023. It is particularly suitable for high-risk individuals, including:

1.Men who have sex with men living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.

2.Transgender women living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.

3.Men who have sex with men not living with HIV, aged 45 years and older.

4.Transgender women not living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.
