2. 2.รับบริการได้ที่แผนกอายุรกรรม หรือ Oncology clinic ชั้น 2 โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพเชียงใหม่
3. 3.การใช้ Package ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของแพทย์
4. 4.ราคานี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดทางการตลาดอื่นๆ ได้
5. 5.โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินทุกกรณี
