วิธีชงง่ายๆแบบแช่ (Full immersion)
เป็นการชงแบบแช่ผงกาแฟทั้งหมดในน้ำ ทำได้บอดี้ดี และไหลผ่านกระกาษกรอง ทำได้รสกาแฟมีความสะอาดและนุ่ม
การชงด้วยวิธีนี้สะดวก อร่อย และสม่ำเสมอทุกครั้งอยากดื่มกาแฟดริป
เพียงใส่ผงกาแฟที่บดปานกลาง (สำหรับฟิวเตอร์) เติมน้ำร้อน และแช่ไว้ 2 - 2.5 นาที
วาง Clever Dripper บนแก้วเพื่อดันวาล์วให้น้ำกาแฟไหลผ่านกระดาษกรอง ก็จะได้กาแฟดริปสดพร้อมดื่ม
สูตรแนะนำของ Alto Coffee:
- ใช้สัดส่วน ผงกาแฟ : น้ำ 1 : 15 (ปรับความเข้มตามที่ชอบ)
- ใช้น้ำร้อน 92˚C
- ใส่กระดาษกรองใน Clever Dripper และล้างด้วยน้ำร้อน
- ใส่ผงกาแฟ บดปานกลาง
- เติมน้ำ 50 ก. ทุก 30 วินาที
- พอครบ 2 นาทีแล้ววางบนแก้ว (ยิ่งแช่นานยิ่งเข้ม)
- ได้กาแฟดริปพร้อมดื่ม!

Simple and easy full immersion brewing!
This brewing method uses full-immersion for a strong body and drips through the paper filter for a clean and smooth taste! It's the best and simplest way to brewing a smooth and consistent cup of drip coffee everytime.
Just add medium-ground coffee and hot water into the Clever Dripper and let it steep for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
Place the dripper onto your cup to push and release the stop valve, to let the coffee drip through the filter and you are ready to enjoy fresh brew drip coffee!
Alto's recommended brewing method:
- Coffee to Water ratio 1 : 15 (adjust strength to preference)
- Use 92˚C water
- Put paper filter in the Clever Dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add medium-ground coffee
- Add water 50g of water every 30 seconds
- At 2 minute, place Clever Dripper on the cup (increase steep time for stronger taste)
- Enjoy!
