Description

Fadogia Agrestis is a short bush native to Eastern Europe and Northern Africa which has a long history of use as an aphrodisiac herb. In recent years Fadogia has become popular as a supplement for supporting Test levels in men, where it works by mimicking the luteinizing hormones which the body uses as a signal to produce more Test.

In addition to its ability to support male hormones, Fadogia Agrestis is often used by athletes to improve performance. Fadogia contains many other beneficial compounds which help with this effect such as saponins, anthraquinones, flavonoids, and glycosides.

Recommended Dosage

As a dietary supplement take one 300 mg capsule per day, with or without food. After one week of use you may increase the dosage to two capsules (600 mg) if desired. We do not recommend exceeding three capsules (900 mg) per day.

As Fadogia mimics the effects of luteinizing hormones to increase Test levels it’s best used in cycles to prevent the body adjusting and lowering the amount of luteinizing hormones it naturally produces. Therefore we recommend cycling this product in a schedule such as 3 weeks on / 1 week off, or 2 months on / 1 month off.

Side Effects

Fadogia is well tolerated at normal doses with few side effects reported such as mild headaches and nausea. We do recommend cycling this product as it’s possible long-term continuous use could cause a reduction in luteinizing hormones naturally produced by the body. Therefore we recommend cycling this product in a schedule such as 3 weeks on / 1 week off, or 2 months on / 1 month off.
