Ageing : Vatted in concrete tanks using traditional techniques, just as the greatest grands crus classs would be made.

Tasting Note : Very dense, deep-garnet red colour with shades of crimson. The prominent notes are the mediterranean black fruits i.e blueberries & blackberries, hints of laurel, rosemary and licorice. Subtile and elegant, velvety tanins, round, structured body, good intensity and long length. 8-10 years aging potential.

Food pairing : Enjoyable with dishes in sauce, breast of duck, red meat and cheeses Serving temperature: Between 17°C
