Aging: Aged for 6 months in barrels and vats of French and American oak.

Tasting note: Bright cherry red.

Excellent red and black fruit.

Balsamic notes. Hints of spice and toasty notes from the wood barrel.

Rich ripe fruit with notes of cocoa and vanilla.

Yield: 7,000Kg / Ha. Soil

Type: Calcareous clay.

Color: Deep dark red with ruby undertones.

Aroma: Intense black fruit aroma (blackberry and

black cherry).

Taste Notes : of vanilla and coconut. Richness with

toasted flavors.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany grilled meat, spicy

sauces, red meat, game (venison, boar, rabbit), lamb,

stews, gorgonzola cheese, camembert cheese.

Consume at a temperature between 16º y 18ºC.
