Sencha with Matcha:

The owner of the garden carefully selects stone-ground matcha using only the first-grade tea leaves from Uji matcha, and the sencha that goes with it. We recommend using water at a temperature of about 80 degrees. The vibrant green color of the water is pleasing to the eye, and you can enjoy the fragrant matcha and the slightly bitter sencha.
